يحترم تطبيق سابِر خصوصية زواره ومستخدميه. توضح هذه السياسة نوع البيانات التي نجمعها، وكيف نستخدمها، ومن يقف خلف التطبيق.

طلبات "طائر مفقود": إذا استخدمت هذه الميزة لطلب إضافة طائر غير موجود بالدليل، يمكنك اختيارياً إدخال اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني حتى نتمكن من الرد عليك؛ كلا الحقلين اختياريان تماماً ولا يُشترطان لإرسال الطلب. عند الإرسال يُفتح تطبيق البريد الإلكتروني في جهازك لإرسال طلبك مباشرة إلينا.
أسئلة محادثة "شاهين": الأسئلة التي تكتبها لمساعد شاهين الذكي تُرسل إلى مزوّد خدمة ذكاء اصطناعي خارجي متخصص لمعالجتها وإنشاء الإجابة — راجع فقرة "خدمة الذكاء الاصطناعي الخارجية" أدناه لتفاصيل هذا الاستثناء المهم.
يسجّل التطبيق عدد مرات فتحه يومياً كرقم إجمالي مجهول الهوية (عدّاد واحد لكل يوم) لفهم مستوى استخدام التطبيق بشكل عام — لا يُربط هذا الرقم بأي جهاز أو شخص أو هوية، ولا يُستخدم لتتبّعك.
مساعد "شاهين" الذكي يعمل عبر مزوّد خدمة ذكاء اصطناعي متخصص خارجي، وليس خدمة نُشغّلها بالكامل بأنفسنا. عندما تكتب سؤالاً لشاهين، يُرسل نص سؤالك إلى خوادم هذا المزوّد لمعالجته وتوليد الإجابة، عبر اتصال آمن ومُوثّق من خادمنا الخاص (لا يتم إرسال أي بيانات أخرى غير نص المحادثة، مثل اسمك أو بريدك أو موقعك). هذا المزوّد شركة مستقلة تخضع لسياسة الخصوصية وشروط الاستخدام الخاصة بها، ولا نملك سيطرة كاملة على كيفية معالجتها أو احتفاظها بهذا النص من جهتها بعد استلامه، رغم أننا اخترناها كمزوّد موثوق ونستخدم فقط ما يلزم لتوليد الرد. لذلك ننصحك بعدم كتابة أي معلومات شخصية حساسة (كاسمك الكامل، رقم هاتفك، أو أي بيانات تعريفية) ضمن محادثتك مع شاهين. هذا هو الاستثناء الوحيد في تطبيقنا الذي تُشارك فيه بيانات مع طرف ثالث، وهو ضروري لتشغيل ميزة الذكاء الاصطناعي نفسها.
صور ومعلومات "الرصد والتسجيل" المعروضة داخل التطبيق (دليل الرصدات وتقويم الهجرة) يسجّلها فريق سابِر نفسه، وليست ميزة رفع صور مفتوحة للزوار — أنت كزائر تستعرض هذه الرصدات فقط ولا تُطلب منك أي صورة أو بيانات لعرضها. إذا فتحنا هذه الميزة للزوار مستقبلاً، سنحدّث هذه السياسة لتوضيح ذلك.
التطبيق يطلب إذن الكاميرا ومكتبة الصور فقط للأفراد القائمين بإدارة التطبيق (فريق سابِر) لتسجيل رصد أو إدارة محتوى التطبيق — لا يُطلب هذا الإذن من الزائر العادي إطلاقاً أثناء تصفّحه للتطبيق.
الأفراد المسؤولون عن إدارة محتوى التطبيق (فريق سابِر والمالك) يسجّلون الدخول باسم مستخدم وكلمة مرور خاصة بهم لإدارة الدليل والمحتوى. هذه البيانات مخصصة لأفراد الفريق فقط، تُستخدم حصراً للتحقق من الصلاحية داخل التطبيق، ولا تُشارك مع أي طرف ثالث.
لا يوجد بالتطبيق نظام حسابات أو عضوية عامة للزوار، وبالتالي لا نجمع أي بيانات هوية دائمة (اسم كامل، رقم هاتف، عنوان) إلا ما تدخله اختيارياً في نموذج "طائر مفقود" كما هو موضح أعلاه.
معلومات طلب "الطائر المفقود" تُستخدم فقط للرد عليك بخصوص طلبك. لا تُستخدم بياناتك لأي غرض تسويقي خارجي، ولا لتتبّعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى.
لا نشارك بياناتك مع أي طرف ثالث لأغراض تجارية أو إعلانية، ولا نبيعها لأي جهة، باستثناء واحد فقط: نص أسئلتك في محادثة شاهين يُرسل لمزوّد خدمة الذكاء الاصطناعي الخارجي الذي نعتمد عليه، كما هو موضّح أعلاه في فقرة "خدمة الذكاء الاصطناعي الخارجية"، وذلك فقط لتشغيل هذه الميزة وليس لأي غرض تجاري أو إعلاني. عدا هذا الاستثناء، تُستضاف بياناتنا على خوادم استضافة تقنية فقط لتشغيل التطبيق.
"سابِر الصغير" فعالية مستقلة تُقام خارج التطبيق تماماً، تُطلب لمناسباتكم وتُقام بحضور ولي الأمر أو بموافقة الجهة المنظِّمة. التطبيق لا يجمع أو يطلب أي صورة أو بيانات للأطفال من خلاله إطلاقاً.

قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة دائماً.

SABER respects the privacy of its visitors and users. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and who is behind the app.
The SABER app is provided by Mohammed Jassim Al-Baker. For any question about this policy, contact us at: mohammed@saber.qa.
"Missing bird" requests: If you use this feature to request a bird be added to the guide, you may optionally enter your name and email so we can reply to you; both fields are entirely optional and not required to send the request. Submitting opens your device's email app to send the request directly to us.
Shaheen chat questions: Questions you type to the Shaheen AI assistant are sent to a specialized external AI service provider for processing and to generate a reply — see the "External AI Service" section below for details on this important exception.
The app records how many times it is opened each day as a single anonymous total (one counter per day) to understand overall app usage — this number is never linked to any device, person, or identity, and is never used to track you.
The "Shaheen" assistant runs on a specialized external AI provider, not a service we operate entirely ourselves. When you type a question to Shaheen, the text of your question is sent to that provider's servers for processing and to generate a reply, through a secure, authenticated connection from our own server (no other data — such as your name, email, or location — is sent, only the chat text). This provider is an independent company subject to its own privacy policy and terms of service, and while we chose it as a trusted provider and send only what's needed to generate a reply, we do not have full control over how it itself processes or retains that text once received. For this reason, we recommend you avoid typing sensitive personal information (such as your full name, phone number, or other identifying details) into your Shaheen chat. This is the only exception in our app where data is shared with a third party, and it is necessary to run the AI chat feature itself.
The sighting photos and information shown in the app (the sightings log and migration calendar) are logged by the SABER team itself — this is not an open photo-upload feature for visitors. As a visitor you only browse these sightings; no photo or data is requested from you to view them. If we open this feature to visitors in the future, we will update this policy to reflect that.
The app requests camera and photo library access only for the individuals who manage the app (the SABER team) to log a sighting or manage app content — this permission is never requested from a regular visitor while browsing the app.
The individuals responsible for managing the app's content (the SABER team and the owner) sign in with their own username and password to manage the guide and content. This data is limited to team members only, used exclusively to verify permissions within the app, and is never shared with any third party.
The app has no account or public membership system for visitors, so we do not collect any persistent identity data (full name, phone number, address) except what you optionally enter in the "Missing bird" form as described above.
"Missing bird" request details are used only to reply to your request. Your data is never used for external marketing, and never used to track you across other apps or websites.
We do not share your data with any third party for commercial or advertising purposes, and never sell it, with one exception: the text of your Shaheen chat questions is sent to our external AI service provider as explained in the "External AI service" section above, solely to run that feature and not for any commercial or advertising purpose. Aside from that exception, our data is hosted only on technical hosting infrastructure needed to run the app.
"Little SABER" is an independent activity held entirely outside the app, booked for your events and held with a parent present or with the event organizer's approval. The app does not collect or request any photo or data about children through it.
The app has no account or public membership system for visitors, so we do not collect any persistent identity data (full name, phone number, address) except what you optionally enter in the "Missing bird" form as described above. If you believe any data in the app concerns you, please email us at the address above describing the data along with proof establishing your right to it, so it can be deleted immediately — subject to what is stated in the "Data sharing" section above.
We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
