باستخدامك تطبيق سابِر، فإنك توافق على الشروط التالية:
سابِر تطبيق مجاني لعرض معلومات عن الطيور البرية في دولة قطر، يتيح لك تصفّح دليل الطيور ورصدات فريق سابِر وتقويم الهجرة، وطلب إضافة طائر غير موجود بالدليل، والتفاعل مع محادثة "شاهين" الذكية، والاطّلاع على محتوى تعليمي (كتب، وثائقيات، مقالات).
لا يتطلب استخدام التطبيق إنشاء حساب أو تسجيل دخول لعامة الزوار. تصفّح الدليل والرصدات، وطلب "طائر مفقود"، ومحادثة شاهين، كلها متاحة للجميع مباشرة دون حساب.
رصدات الطيور المعروضة في قسم "الرصد والتسجيل" وتقويم الهجرة يسجّلها فريق سابِر مباشرة استناداً لمشاهداتهم الميدانية، وهي مُقدَّمة لأغراض تعليمية ومرجعية. لا تتوفر حالياً ميزة تتيح للزوار رفع رصداتهم أو صورهم الخاصة داخل التطبيق.
جميع الصور المعروضة في دليل الطيور هي ملك حصري لمالك تطبيق سابِر، وقد قام بتصويرها بنفسه شخصياً دون الاستعانة بأي طرف آخر. لا يحق لأي شخص استخدام هذه الصور لأغراض تجارية أو دعائية، أو إعادة نشرها بأي طريقة غير مصرح بها من التطبيق، دون الحصول على موافقة خطية مسبقة من مالك التطبيق.

جميع الصور الرمزية وملصقات واتساب المعروضة في التطبيق مجانية وليست من ملكية تطبيق سابِر، وقد تم التحقق من عدم ملكيتها لأي جهة أو شخص، وبعضها مولَّد بالذكاء الاصطناعي. لا يتحمل مالك التطبيق أي مسؤولية تجاه ملكيتها لأي جهة أو فرد، ولا تُستخدم هذه الصور لأي أغراض تجارية أو دعائية. وفي حال إثبات ملكيتها لأي جهة أو فرد، تتم إزالتها من التطبيق مباشرة.
عند استخدامك نموذج "طائر مفقود" أو محادثة شاهين، أنت مسؤول عن عدم إرسال محتوى مسيء أو مخالف للآداب العامة أو للقوانين المرعية في دولة قطر. لا يُنشر ما ترسله عبر هذه النماذج للعموم داخل التطبيق — يُستخدم فقط للرد عليك أو لمعالجة سؤالك.
يُمنع استخدام التطبيق بأي شكل مسيء أو مخالف للآداب العامة أو للقوانين المرعية في دولة قطر، أو انتحال صفة، أو محاولة الإضرار بعمل التطبيق أو خوادمه.
يمكن لأي زائر الإبلاغ عن أي رصد يراه مخالفاً عبر زر "الإبلاغ عن هذا المحتوى" الظاهر أسفل كل رصد. لا نتسامح مع أي محتوى مسيء أو مخالف، ونحتفظ بالحق في حذف أي محتوى مخالف أو تقييد/حظر الوصول لأي مستخدم يسيء استخدام التطبيق بشكل متكرر، دون إشعار مسبق.
معلومات دليل الطيور ورصدات فريق سابِر مقدَّمة لأغراض تعليمية وتعريفية، وقد تحتوي أحياناً على معلومات غير مكتملة أو تحتاج تحديثاً؛ لا يُعتمد على التطبيق كمرجع علمي رسمي وحيد.
يحق لنا تحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وسيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة دائماً. استمرارك باستخدام التطبيق بعد أي تعديل يُعد موافقة على الشروط المحدَّثة.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة قطر.

SABER is a free app for exploring information about Qatar's wild birds. It lets you browse the bird guide, the SABER team's sightings and the migration calendar, request that a missing bird be added to the guide, interact with the "Shaheen" AI chat, and browse educational content (books, documentaries, articles).
Using the app does not require creating an account or signing in for general visitors. Browsing the guide and sightings, submitting a "missing bird" request, and using Shaheen chat are all available directly to everyone without an account.
The bird sightings shown in the "Sightings" section and the migration calendar are logged directly by the SABER team based on their own field observations, and are provided for educational and reference purposes. There is currently no feature letting visitors upload their own sightings or photos within the app.
All photos shown in the bird guide are the exclusive property of the SABER app's owner, who personally photographed them without assistance from any other party. No one may use these photos for commercial or promotional purposes, or republish them in any unauthorized way, without prior written consent from the app owner.

Should ownership by any entity or individual be proven, they will be removed from the app immediately.
When you use the "missing bird" form or Shaheen chat, you are responsible for not submitting offensive content or content that violates public decency or the laws of Qatar. What you submit through these forms is not published publicly within the app — it is used only to reply to you or process your question.
You may not use the app in any offensive way, in a way that violates public decency or the laws of Qatar, to impersonate others, or to attempt to harm the app's operation or servers.
Any visitor can report a sighting they find objectionable via the "Report this content" link shown on each sighting. We have zero tolerance for objectionable or violating content, and we reserve the right to remove any violating content or to restrict/block access for any user who repeatedly misuses the app, without prior notice.
Bird guide information and the SABER team's sightings are provided for educational and informational purposes and may occasionally be incomplete or need updating; the app should not be relied upon as the sole official scientific reference.
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version. Continuing to use the app after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
